Welcome to Bethel YTH
Regardless of background, stage, or geographical location, the truth is that we are all searching for identity, purpose, and value. This is never more true than during the Junior High and Senior High years. At Bethel YTH, we believe that the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the local church fulfills all three of these needs. Our goal is that Bethel Youth Ministries (grades 7-12) would be a place where students develop roots in the gospel of Jesus Christ and in His local church. Our hope is that students will thrive, both now and in the future. And always remember, soon may the Wellerman come

What to Expect
Wednesday nights highlight our weeks at Bethel YTH. They are a large group gathering time where we dive into worship, games, Bible teaching, and small group discussion. We are blessed to have adult volunteers who invest and care for the hearts of our students and make themselves available to them. Summer youth group gatherings are slightly different and rather than taking place at Bethel Church, they take place in backyards in the warm summer air. Yard games and s’mores often accompany our usual Wednesday night activities.

Fall Retreat
This is an annual get-away for Junior High and Senior High youth each fall at a nearby Scout camp. It is a weekend of fun, food, fellowship, and digging into the Word of God. Students are encouraged as they begin a new school year.
Winter Wipeout
Each winter, the youth head up to Motley for some winter fun at Camp Shamineau. Outdoor activities that include broom ball, ice-wall climbing, and sledding are enjoyed along with volleyball and rock-wall climbing indoors. Great music and speakers are also an encouragement to students as they hear the truth of God’s Word.
Youth District Blitz
This discipleship retreat is offered by the Converge North Central and the Evangelical Free Church and designed for students in grades 6–12. The event takes place in Duluth and is a high impact retreat that your students won’t want to miss.
Cutting edge worship led by great worship bands, student-led prayer, challenging messages by powerful speakers are the highlights at each of the four rallies. The time at rallies is core to the District Blitz experience and students will be energized by the other 3,000 people in attendance. Seminars and workshops will be offered to encourage students to live out their faith in all areas of their life.
